Founded in 1979 by the famous Professor Lin Housheng, former director of the Shanghai Qigong Research Institute (Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine University). Taiji Qigong Shibashi combines the beauty of Taiji (Tai Chi) movements with the healing effects of Qigong and meditation. Simpler than Taiji, fluid movements follow your breathing and create a soothing sensation that passes through your body.
